Account deletion

You can delete the AQUABOX Water app account, developed by ECOSOFT SPC LTD directly in the app or by sending a request via email. All your personal data, namely your phone number, name, and email address, will be deleted.

Information regarding transactions with your AQUABOX account, such as top-ups and water refills, will remain in our databases but will no longer be associated with you as an AQUABOX user. The hash of your phone number will also be retained to prevent misuse.

If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled.

Please note that upon re-registration with this phone number, bonus liters will not be credited to your account.

Before you can delete your account, ECOSOFT SPC LTD may ask you to verify your identity with a temporary code. To do this, you need to have access to the phone number specified during registration in the app.

ECOSOFT SPC LTD may retain certain information after account deletion if required or permitted by law.

Deleting an acCount in the app

  1. Open the AQUABOX Water app and tap the "Your Account" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Privacy Policy."
  3. Tap "Delete account."
  4. To complete this procedure, follow the remaining steps in the app.

Deleting an account via email request

To request account deletion, write to us at appsupport@aquaboxwater.world with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Be sure to include the phone number specified during app registration in the body of the email.
